Our family has been cooking Chinese food for three generations, starting with the opening of “Xing Xhan” restaurant in the province of Sichuan in 1942. The first Chow’s opened in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 1993 using many of the traditional recipes from Sichuan. A second Chow’s opened in Albuquerque in 1999, followed by a third at the Cottonwood Mall in 2005.
At Chow’s Asian Bistro, we specialize in Asian fusion, taking aspects of Chinese cooking and blending it with the culinary styles of other cultures to create new and exciting dishes. Our philosophy is to bring you the freshest food available, made to order in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Our restaurants have won numerous awards including the best of Albuquerque 5 years in a row and the best of Santa Fe 12 years in a row.
We are a locally owned and operated business and have proudly served our community for over 17 years.
